Türkiye's BBN Airlines to take first A320 in early 3Q23
BBN Airlines (Türkiye) (B5, Antalya) will add its first A320-200 on July 17, 2023, with its service entry set for the end of the month.
ch-aviation has learned that the aircraft will be configured for up to 180 passengers in a single-class layout.
The Turkish ACMI/charter specialist, owned by Bluebird Nordic (BO, Reykjavik Keflavik) and thus a member of the Avia Solutions Group, launched earlier this year with four A321-200s. They are currently wet-leased, two each, to fellow Turkish charter specialists Freebird Airlines (FH, Istanbul Airport) and Tailwind Airlines (TI, Istanbul Airport). The airline took its first freighter, an A321-200(P2F), in late June 2023 but has yet to induct it into service.
