About The Airline

Based at Nassau's Lynden Pindling International Airport, Bahamasair is the national airline of The Bahamas. Established in 1973 as a product of a newly formed Independent Commonwealth of The Bahamas, it's mandate is to provide safe and reliable air service throughout the archipelago of islands and internationally.

Utilizing its fleet of Boeing 737s and ATR aircraft, the airline operates to destinations throughout The Bahamas, Latin America and Florida, USA. 

Bahamasair has been awarded "Caribbean's Leading Airline" consecutively from 2020 - 2024 by the World Travel Awards.
