Since our launch on April 3, 2007, Firefly, a subsidiary of Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad, connects travelers from Penang and Subang to Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia. Aligned with the Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT-GT) agenda, we have recently expanded our reach to include Sabah and Sarawak.

Firefly Fleet - B737-800NG

Firefly will also have an addition of three B737-800 to the family. This variant is the most common variant of the 737NG and is the most widely used narrowbody aircraft, making up over 25% of the worldwide large commercial airliner fleet.

Firefly Fleet - ATR72-500

Firefly currently operates a fleet of 9 twin turboprop aircraft which comprises of ATR 72-500 aircraft. Our ATR 72 series are optimized from the start for efficiency and passenger comfort and most importantly, safety and reliability.
