SKY Airline keeps growing in Uruguay and will operate a new connection Montevideo to Miami, via a stop in Lima, as well as increasing its route Lima – Montevideo to 6 weekly frequencies
SKY Airline is adding a new connection from Montevideo to Miami via Lima, getting to a network of 8 destinations form Montevideo: 4 direct flights and 4 in connection via Lima
As part of its expansion in Uruguay, SKY announced a new connection from Montevideo to Miami via Lima. This will make possible for Uruguayans to get the American city at low-cost fares, and in the region’s most sustainable fleet.
“We are very happy to keep growing in Uruguay. This connection to Miami will be available from May 1st 2024, and will make us the only low cost airline connecting Montevideo and Miami” said Carmen Gloria Serrat, SKY’s Chief Commercial Officer
At the same time, SKY announced that it will increase its offer form Montevideo to Lima, from three to six weekly frequencies.
From January 2nd 2024, SKY came back to the Uruguayan market, offering direct flights to Santiago, Lima, Florianopolis and Salvador de Bahía, as well as connecting flights to Cuzco, Cancún and Punta Cana. The airline keeps working to offer great experiences to its passenger, with accessible fares, and enhancing Uruguay’s and the region’s connectivity.
