Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport is owned and operated by PortsToronto, a federal government business enterprise that is accountable to Transport Canada. With more than 100 years on Toronto’s waterfront, PortsToronto built what is now Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport as well as what is now Pearson International Airport.
