On the new service to London, AIA’s Ioanna Papadopoulou stressed: “We are absolutely delighted with WIZZ’s decision to operate a daily service from Athens to London Luton commencing as of April 29th, 2018; this spectacular addition to the airline’s network out of Athens – the 9th WIZZ destination as of Summer 2018 -  is a big development for Athens International Airport. WIZZ’s upcoming service of the busiest international connection out of Athens both for business and leisure traffic, will enhance passengers’ choice and substantially contribute to the dynamics of the route.
