During October 2019, the airport’s passenger traffic recorded a healthy increase of 4.3% and reached 2.3 million. International passengers demonstrated a robust growth at the level of 7.2%, while domestic air travellers presented a small reduction of 2.2%.

Overall, during the period January through October 2019, the airport’s passenger traffic reached 22.27 million, exceeding respective 2018 levels by 6.3%, with both domestic and international traffic seeing increases of 1.3% and 8.6%, respectively.

Number of flights during the first ten months of the year amounted to 196,665, demonstrating a considerable rise of 4.7%. Domestic and international flights presented growth of 6% and 3.7%, respectively.
