Albatros Airlines adding additional service to and from Aruba
Daily service Aruba-Margarita
During a warm reception by representatives of Aruba Airport Authority N.V. (AAA) and Aruba Tourism Authority (ATA) the passengers arriving from Margarita on board the inaugural flight by Albatros Airlines were officially welcomed in AAA’s VIP-Room.
Albatros Airlines started operations into Aruba in December of 2014. They operate three daily flights from Aruba to Las Piedras at 09:30, 14:30 and 16:30. Their fleet used for the Aruba operations consist of a Cessna 208 (carrying 12 passengers) and an Embraer with a capacity to carry 30 passengers.
The same aircraft will be used for the daily flights to and from Margarita, Venezuela.
Mr. Orlando Padilla, Albatros Airline’s Commercial Director was happy to announce that the airline has big plans for the near future. These plans include a new destination that will start soon: Barquisimeto. AAA Head Airline Marketing Ms. Jo-Anne Arends was delighted to welcome the airline representatives and the Venezuelan Tour Operators who were invited to be on board the inaugural flight to Aruba and handed over a special token of appreciation in light of the newest route launched.
Aruba Airport encourages passengers to visit Albatros Airlines’ new office situated at the airport and looks forward to welcoming more flights from new destinations in the near future.
