AAA welcomed Delta’s inaugural flight from Minneapolis
A new direct flight to Aruba
Aruba Airport Authority N.V. (AAA) employees present at the airport were pleased to welcome yet another direct flight offered by Delta, this time the Minneapolis – Aruba seasonal service. Delta passengers were greeted with a token of appreciation as they departed the aircraft.
AAA CEO Mr. James Fazio proudly welcomed the flight to Aruba: “This is a great day, because with this new service by Delta we are providing additional quality options for our passengers. This is an exciting moment, as winter is probably the best time to be on our sunny island. Midwest travelers show a great trust in the airline and we are convinced that we will be welcoming additional Delta flights from Minneapolis to Aruba in the future.”
Delta Airlines will provide the weekly MSP – AUA (Minneapolis – Aruba) from December 2017 and will continue offering this service until March 31, 2018. This flight is the third nonstop flight to Aruba performed by Delta Airlines, as Atlanta and New York are also served non-stop by the airline. The new seasonal weekly MSP - AUA flight operated with a B737-800 type aircraft arrives at 4:40 pm and has a seat capacity of 199 seats.
