2018 ACI AIrport Service Quality Program Results for AUA

Aruba Airport Authority N.V. (AAA) is proud to share that Aeropuerto Internacional Reina Beatrix (AUA) scored 4.26 for Overall Satisfaction in the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey against the mean score of 4.08 for the Latin America/Caribbean region.

AUA has been participating in the Airport Council International's ASQ Program since 2015. The program aims at identifying passenger’s needs, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in order to make airports more in tune with what services and products a passenger would actually want and/or need.

AUA scored above the average regional score in the following categories:
Passport Control: 4.28 (+ 0.02 more than the mean score of all participating airports for 2018)
Security: 4.33 (+ 0.09 more than the mean score for the world)
Airport Environment: 4.25 (+ 0.05 more than the mean score for the world)

Additionally, AUA scored +0.11 above the mean score for the North American region, +0.27 above the mean score for European region, and +0.43 above the mean score for the African region.
