Avianca to increase service between Aruba and Bogota
As part of changes to their international network and focus to strengthen their Bogota hub
In order to offer travelers from Aruba more and better connectivity options, and taking advantage of Avianca’s global route network, the airline will add three weekly frequencies between Aruba and Bogota, Colombia.
As of March 29, Aruba will have two daily and direct flights to Avianca’s hub in Bogota, increasing from 11 to 14 weekly frequencies, adding approximately 450 weekly seats to the island.
Both daily flights operations to Bogota will be operated on A320 aircraft with a 150-passenger capacity, 12 in Business Class and 138 in Economy Class from Monday to Friday and A319 aircraft with a 120-passenger capacity 12 in Business Class and 108 in Economy on Saturday and Sunday.
