Aruba Airport Expands U.S. Connectivity with New Frontier Airlines Route from Atlanta

Aruba Airport Authority N.V. (AAA) is pleased to announce the launch of a new seasonal nonstop route by Frontier Airlines, connecting Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA).
The service begins on May 24, 2025, operating once weekly on Saturdays through August 16, 2025—adding valuable capacity during Aruba’s peak summer travel season.
While Frontier Airlines is not new to the Aruba market, this route marks its first operation from Atlanta, expanding the carrier’s footprint and reinforcing Aruba’s air connectivity with key U.S. leisure markets. Frontier now becomes the 29th airline to serve AUA.
The route will be operated with an Airbus A321, adding 230 weekly seats to the ATL–AUA market and supporting sustained growth in what has proven to be a high-performing market. The new addition enhances Delta Air Lines’ existing twice-daily service, offering increased capacity and proving more options for travelers.
In addition to serving Atlanta, Frontier’s network connects to other major U.S. markets including New York, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Cleveland—expanding Aruba’s accessibility for a wider audience and contributing to long-term route sustainability.
