During recent years CPH have introduced self-service throughout the travel value chain. Today we offer passengers self-service on check-in, bag-drops, boarding-pass scanners before our security screening, and turnstiles at gates. Combined with our 13 efficiency stands, these self-service elements ensure a smooth customer experience as well as increasing efficiency for airlines and handlers.
