Dublin Airport Welcomes Ryanair’s Summer 2020 Schedule

Dublin Airport welcomes today’s announcement by Ryanair that it will launch four new services next summer. The airline confirmed that it will add Marseille in France, Palanga in Lithuania, Podgorica in Montenegro and Verona in Italy to its summer 2020 schedule.

Ryanair also announced that it will extend its winter service to Billund in Denmark and Toulouse in France into its summer schedule next year. “We are delighted to see Ryanair’s route network going from strength to strength at Dublin Airport” said Dublin Airport Managing Director Vincent Harrison.

“The new routes plus increased capacity on some existing services offers greater choice and flexibility for passengers who can start planning their summer 2020 getaway,” he added.

Palanga located on the Lithuanian Baltic coast, Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro and Billund are new destinations from Dublin Airport next summer. So far this year, more than 22.4 million passengers have travelled through Dublin Airport, a 6% increase compared to the same period last year.

Dublin Airport has welcomed almost 1.2 million additional passengers in the first eight months of the year.

The airport has flights to almost 200 destinations in 43 countries, operated by 53 airlines and is the 11th busiest airport in the European Union.
