WizzAir connects Eindhoven with Milan Malpensa and Tirana

From July 3, WizzAir flies daily between Eindhoven Airport and Milan Malpensa in Italy.

The flight is operated with an Airbus A321 (230 seats). With this, the Hungarian airline connects the most important European design cities Milan and Eindhoven via the largest airport in Milan and the airport for the Brainport region. Milan Malpensa is an important addition to the Eindhoven Airport destination network. It is a fast and therefore attractive connection between two major economic regions for business travelers from Milan and the Brainport region. From July 2, WizzAir flies three times a week between Eindhoven Airport and the capital Tirana in Albania. This is the only connection between the Netherlands and Albania. The flights (on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) are operated with an Airbus A320 (180 seats). The expansion of the destinations shows that the airline sees and uses market demand and opportunities. Eindhoven Airport is happy to facilitate airlines to further expand their destination network in line with the Brainport region. Roel Hellemons, director of Eindhoven Airport: “It is certainly a very positive signal in the current uncertain times that new routes to and from the Brainport region are being started up. This says something about the international position of our region and about the opportunities for the future. We therefore believe it is very important to continue to fulfill the role of connector for our region. ” The expansion of the destinations shows that the airline sees and uses market demand and opportunities. ” “It is certainly a very positive signal in the current uncertain times that new routes to and from the Brainport region are being started up. This says something about the international position of our region and about the opportunities for the future. We therefore believe it is very important to continue to fulfill the role of connector for our region. ” “It is certainly a very positive signal in the current uncertain times that new routes to and from the Brainport region are being started up. This says something about the international position of our region and about the opportunities for the future. We therefore believe it is very important to continue to fulfill the role of connector for our region. ”
