Three New Routes from Kraków Airport
Ryanair together with Krakow Airport starts three new routes – two of them to Canary Islands (Gran Canaria and Tenerife) and the third one to Eilat (Ovda) in Israel.
Both islands will be operated year round twice weekly and Eilat two times a week in a winter season. New routes will be a very exciting offer for tourists from Kraków and Małoplska region interested in holidays in the places where the sun shines even in a winter time.
Further to the first flights Krakow Airport has prepared a surprise for all departing passengers. After ribbon-cutting ceremony everybody had a chance to taste a delicious cakes prepared especially for those occasions. Then passengers went to the gate through a gate of balloons in the colours of the carrier.
Moreover, inaugural flight to Gran Canaria was also an occasion to celebrate 11th million Ryanair’s passenger at Kraków Airport. The happy person was 7 year old Lena Boś traveling with parents and sisters to Las Palmas. Lena has received a souvenir from Kraków Airport and two return tickets from Ryanair.
