Passenger statistics - October 2015

October 2015 was the best 10th month in the history of the Katowice Airport.

Overall, Katowice Airport handled 2 722 907 passengers, which is 324 038  (+13,5%) more than in the 10 months of 2014.

Regularly-scheduled services transported 179 185 passengers  which is  30 065 more (+20%) than in October last year.

The charter sector handled 58 566 passengers which is  1500 less (-2%)  in comparison to the October last year.

The Upper Silesian Aviation Group, which manages Katowice Airport, forecasts that 2015 will see passenger numbers break the 3 000 000 mark.
