Statistics –July 2016

July, this year, was the best month in the history of Katowice Airport. At that time, in the total traffic, a record number of 435 183 passengers were provided with service, that is 8 013 more in comparison to the same month of the previous year.

The network of regular connections, offered from Katowice was used by 212 295 passengers, that is 5 153 more than in July last year.

In the charter traffic segment, 222 026 passengers were handled, and, comparing to the seventh month of 2015, this is 2 185 more.

Since the beginning of the year, 1 767 945 passengers have been handled at Katowice Airport, which is 71 214 (+4.2%) more than in the period from January to the end of July last year.
