New long-haul destinations
2 weeks after the first flights from Seoul to Marseille and 1 week after the Toronto launch, 1 further long-haul destination is scheduled from Marseille Provence Airport (mp)!
Commencing on 26 June, Air Madagascar will fly to a new long-haul destination from mp Airport, adding to its service to the capital, Antananarivo, which has been operating since 2006. This new Indian Ocean destination further strengthens the airport's long-haul network and mp's position as the French airport with the most long-haul destinations, after Paris.
Marseille to Moroni
From 26 June, Air Madagascar will be operating a direct flight to Moroni on Thursdays and Saturdays. This service aims particularly to address the needs of the Comoros market. The Thursday flights are also feeders for Antananarivo – thus totalling 2 flights per week to the capital of Madagascar.
EuroAtlantic Boeing 767s based at mp Airport will be used. Organised into two classes, they offer 16 seats in Baobab Class (Business) and 234 seats in the main cabin, in Ylang Class.
