American Airlines now flies daily from Munich to Dallas / Fort Worth
American Airlines expands its long-haul service from Munich: With a Boeing 787-8, it goes daily to Dallas / Fort Worth in the US state of Texas. The flight starts at 10:55.
In Germany, Dallas still connect many with the eponymous television series from the 1980s - but the metropolis in the southern United States offers much more: Successful sports teams such as the Dallas Mavericks (basketball) or the Dallas Cowboys (football), authentic Western chic and wide landscapes. American Airlines now connects Munich daily with its main hub. In Dallas, passengers connect to 174 destinations in 44 US states. In addition, there are connections to 40 destinations in 18 states in the Caribbean, Central and South America, of which 18 alone in Mexico.
At the celebration of the first flight to Texas, airport head Dr. Michael Kerkloh and Cristián Lizana, Regional Sales Manager for Central and Eastern Europe at American Airlines, before embarking on a traditional ribbon cutting with the crew. On the occasion of the opening of the track, the "Dreamliner" was welcomed by the Munich airport fire brigade with a baptism of water.
