Direct flight from Novosibirsk to Hong Kong
Starting from October 29, 2012, S7 Airlines started operating of flights from Novosibirsk to Hong Kong on a comfortable Boeing 737-800.
Flights to the major business and financial center of Southeast Asia will be operated from Novosibirsk International Airport Tolmachevo twice a week.
In addition to flights to Hong Kong, due to convenient connections, passengers from Siberia will be able to continue traveling to other cities of China, Southeast Asia, India, Australia, New Zealand and North America. The new route provides a more convenient connection of these countries to Novosibirsk - the third largest city in Russia, the major economic, scientific and cultural center of Siberia.

Cake cutting ceremony conducted by representatives of the airport and airlines and dedicated to opening of new routes from Novosibirsk International Airport has become a tradition for the partners and passengers of the airport.
The Novosibirsk Airport (Tolmachevo) is the largest air hub East of the Urals on major transit routes between Europe and Asia. The capacity on domestic flights is 1 800 passengers per hour, on international flights - 750 passengers per hour. The airport has two runways. According to business plan in 2012 The Tolmachevo Airport plans to serve 3 155 thousand passengers that is 14% higher than in 2011 and handle more than 26,000 tons of cargo and mail that is 28% more than in 2011. The airport has been nominated for World Routes Awards 2012 in the category "The Best CIS Airport 2012".
