New AEROPARKING offers the most convenient parking directly at Vaclav Havel Airport Prague

As of 1 June 2015 Letiště Praha has  introduced several important changes in the parking system to significantly improve its services. The new, unmistakable brand AEROPARKING offers a complex of six parking lots located directly at the airport.Thus the parking services have been expanded, bringing modifications to local navigation and to the names of individual parking lots, which now correspond to their purpose.* The reservation system has been simplified, along with the price list, offering the best price-quality ratio in the marketplace. These new changes are part of the long-term goal of continuing to make the airport customer-friendly.

 “We are responding to passengers who call for more attractive parking facilities and are introducing new services.These changes are the first of many steps we are planning.We wish to create conditions that will encourage most passengers to make use of our offer. This concerns not only parking, but also other services such as restaurants and shops. The aim is to offer quality services for corresponding prices and to improve the overall perception of the airport as a customer-friendly space. For this reason, we are also going to focus on adequate communication support for these improved products and services,” said Jiří Petržilka,Member of the Board of Directors of Letiště Praha, responsible, among other things, for commerce. “I’m convinced that the passengers who are the target audience for these changes will appreciate our efforts.”

The entire offer of parking lots will operate under a new strong umbrella brand, AEROPARKING, which evokes the unique opportunity of parking directly at the airport. To make things simple, individual parking lots were given new names. They were modified to make it easy for passengers to immediately identify which parking variant suits their needs the best.

Several variants are available for long-term parking. The most convenient parking when going on holidays is provided by the indoor and guarded PDHOLIDAY. The number of parking spaces for long-term stays was expanded by an indoor parking building PA SMART located directly at Terminal 2. It is designated for parking for seven days and longer. Clients with greater demands may make use of the PC COMFORT parking building that offers additional services and a storage service for little items for free. All parking buildings are guarded by the latest camera system. PCCOMFORT VIP located on the second floor of PC COMFORT is also guarded by a security agency.

People who want to accompany their friends and family to the check-out and wait with them for departure may make use of affordable prices offered by the indoor PC COMFORT and outdoor PBECONOMY. The parking fee in both of these buildings isCZK 50 per hour.

All information on parking options is available on a new clearly laid-out website designated for parking services offered at Vaclav Havel Airport Prague - www.aeroparking.cz. The new website also includes a simple reservation system allowing credit card payments. Clients ordering online will enjoy reduced prices. For example, eight-day parking in Pd HOLIDAY will cost only CZK 790, an unbeatable price compared to the local competition as well as prices at comparable European airports. 

The new parking services will be offered under an umbrella communication campaign entitled “We’re Changing the Airport for You”, which will promote the more user-friendly, more comfortable, safer parking options directly at the airport.

• PC COMFORT (formerly Parking C) – the best choice for short-term parking (CZK 50/h), comfort and additional services
• PB ECONOMY (formerly Parking B) – the best choice for short-term parking at Terminal 2 (CZK 50/h)
• PD HOLIDAY (formerly Parking D) – designated for longer parking when going on holidays
• PA SMART (formerly Parking A) – the most convenient offer for long-term parking at Terminal 2
• P1 EXPRESS and P2 EXPRESS (formerly P1 and P2) – parking for unloading and loading; 15 minute/hour for free.
