More Tampa-Vancouver: Air Canada Announces Year-Round Service
Following close on the heels of WestJet's announcement to fly TPA-YVR once weekly for the summer season, Air Canada has now announced twice-weekly year-round service
Air Canada will soon offer twice-weekly year-round nonstop flights from Tampa to Vancouver International Airport (YVR), beginning 4 June, 2025.
The flights are scheduled to depart Vancouver on Tuesdays and Saturdays, leaving at 1:30 p.m. and arriving at TPA at 10:12 p.m. For passengers departing from TPA, the flights will leave on Wednesdays and Sundays at 8:20 a.m. landing in Vancouver at 11:23 a.m.
With the addition of this route to Vancouver, Air Canada grows its list of nonstop destinations at TPA from four to five. The airline currently offers year-round service to Montreal and Toronto and seasonal service to Halifax and Ottawa.
This route will be operated aboard a Boeing 737 MAX aircraft.
WestJet also recently announced once-weekly summer seasonal flights between TPA and YVR, marking the first-ever scheduled service between the two airports.
