Jelmoli becomes new anchor tenant at Zurich Airport

Jelmoli will be present with different formats at three attractive locations at Zurich Airport, starting with the opening of the «The Circle» in 2019. In the airside center with a focus on shop-in-shop concepts of high-quality brands and on landside in the airport center with a «Click & Collect» format to strengthen the Jelmoli webshop with changing promotions. In addition, on an area of 2,000sqm Jelmoli will rent a total of three brand houses in the «Brands & Dialogue» module in «The Circle».

«The Circle» at Zurich Airport is becoming more and more noticeable. The construction work is progressing according to plan and first parts of the buildings are already visible. This new platform offers a new and interactive form of customer interaction with different uses. In the atmosphere of an international business district, a place for business and lifestyle, for brands, medicine, education, culture and entertainment, hotel industry and congresses unfolds. The investment costs amount to around one billion Swiss francs. Flughafen Zürich AG and Swiss Life AG form a joint co-ownership structure, with Flughafen Zürich AG holding a 51% stake and Swiss Life AG 49%.

Flughafen Zürich AG is looking forward to taking new journeys of commercial activities together with Jelmoli at the most important airport in Switzerland in about three years.
