Danube Wings Inaugurates Services to Manchester
New twice weekly services from both Bratislava and Poprad-Tatry in Slovakia
Danube Wings, operating a wet leased 737-400 from CSA Czech Airlines will commence flights from both Bratislava and Poprad-Tatry Airport from 1st December 2009 to Manchester Airport. The new services, both operating twice weekly, will fill the gap left following the withdrawl of services with Sky Europe.
Poprad-Tatry International Airport is surrounded by beautiful nature (four National Parks are in the vicinity), mountain creeks and lakes, caves, ancient villages and towns, churches, castles (some of them are listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List), but also by winter sport facilities and summer tourist centers. Flights will operate to Poprad - Tatry on Wednesdays and Fridays departing at 15.00

Bratislava is the political, cultural, and economic centre of Slovakia. Flights will operate to Bratislava on Wednesdays and Fridays departing at 19.00
