Grateful for Customer Approval
Aalborg Airport is grateful for its customer’s approval in a new survey on customer experience among 228 businesses in Denmark, placing the airport second – with the highest score in customer loyalty.
Communications company, Brandhouse, has conducted a comprehensive survey in 2014, called Customer Centric Survey, which evaluates 228 service – and retail businesses in Denmark, on the basis of customer opinions and experiences.
The survey concludes that Aalborg Airport is the second most valued company in Denmark when it comes to customer satisfaction. Moreover, Aalborg Airport has the highest score in customer loyalty and takes the leading position within the travel industry. Consequently, customers rank Aalborg Airport as being the top airport in Denmark, in terms of providing good customer service.
The survey results are highly appreciated by Aalborg Airport and its employees, who through determined efforts have strived to achieve this type of recognition from the airport’s customers.
