Another Successful Travel Festival at Aalborg Airport
More than 12,000 guests chose to spend their Sunday at the Aalborg Travel Festival at Aalborg Airport. The travel fair featured 35 travel lectures, 40 exhibitors, and numerous great offers and competitions scheduled for this year's Aalborg Travel Festival.
Even more Guests at a Mecca for Travel Enthusiasts
Last year's travel fair success at Aalborg Airport was repeated with even greater ambitions and much more space for guests and exhibitors. In 2023, there were more than 10,000 guests, so Aalborg Airport had ensured to double the space.
Martin Svendsen, CCO at Aalborg Airport, states: "The Aalborg Travel Festival once again shows that the desire to travel is still intact and even increasing. We are extremely happy that both guests and exhibitors support the event, and we are confident that we will repeat the event next year."
Great Offers and Plenty of Competitions
Travel agencies had loaded their cars with exhibition equipment and great offers, which were well-received by the many travel enthusiasts attending the travel festival.
"It's fantastic to come to Aalborg and meet our lovely guests. Once again, we have been overwhelmed by the number of people showing up at Aalborg Airport. There is no doubt that the desire to travel continues to be at a very high level, and guests want to be inspired and have conversations with us on an equal footing. This year, we have sold for more than 8 million DKK in just one day, which is also more than last year. Our new concept with the Travel Club has been very well-received, and we have gained a lot of new members who appreciate our new initiatives," says CEO of Bravo Tours, Peder Hornshøj.
