The city airport for all of Sweden
Today Bromma Stockholm is one of Sweden’s largest airports in passenger volume as well as the city airport for Stockholm and all of Sweden. In order for Bromma Stockholm to continue to be an efficient hub for travel, the airport needs to be developed.
Bromma Stockholm Airport has been in operation since 1936. In order for it to continue handling current traffic and deliver the service that is expected of a modern city airport, development work has now begun there.
Swedavia’s aim is for Bromma Stockholm to continue to be a fast, smooth and efficient hub for travel – from the moment passengers arrive at the airport to the time they check in and then board the plane. Air travel to and from Bromma Stockholm will also be a crucial factor in the foreseeable future for facilitating growth and access in Sweden.
