Formarly recognised as General Guadalupe Victoria International Airport (named after Guadalupe Victoria, the first president of Mexico) also popularly known as Durango International Airport.
OMA operates 13 international airports in northern and central Mexico: Monterrey, Mexico’s 2nd largest business and industrial metropolis; the tourist destinations Acapulco, Mazatlán, and Zihuatanejo; the regional centers Chihuahua, Culiacán, Durango, San Luís Potosí, Tampico, Torreón and Zacatecas; and the border cities Ciudad Juárez and Reynosa.
Our airports are transportation hubs and gateways for investment, business, and new opportunities. We increase air connectivity and improve the passenger experience by developing and improving aeronautical infrastructure and passenger services, with a commitment to quality, safety, and security. More than 225 million passengers have connected through our airports since OMA was created in 1998.
