BA CityFlyer Plans for Florence Take Off From Edinburgh
BA City Flyer has launched the sale of a new route from Edinburgh Airport to Florence Airport which will fly from the 19th of May 2018. This service will operate once a week, on a Saturday, in the summer months.
The flight will depart from Edinburgh at 10:45 and arrives into Florence at 14:40, situated just outside of Florence; this airport is the perfect starting point to explore the capital of the Tuscany region and the surrounding areas.
From Florence Airport, the flight is set to depart at 15:30 and will arrive into Edinburgh at 17:25. Thanks to Edinburgh Airport’s strong transport links to both Edinburgh and beyond via tram, bus and rail, it truly is the gateway to Scotland. Passengers will have easy access to the delights of Scotland from the Airport, whether it’s visiting the city, sampling Scottish whiskey or a visit to St. Andrews, The Home of Golf.
This flight route plays a continuing role in strengthening connectivity and tourism opportunities between Scotland and Italy.
