Qatar Airways Plans For The First Ever Airbus A350 to Scotland
Qatar Airways is up-gauging the Edinburgh to Doha route from a Boeing 787 to Airbus A350 from the 1st of July.
This will be the first ever Airbus A350 to Scotland and economy passengers will benefit from optimal comfort with spacious seating, over 17 inches wide with two-way adjustable headrests. The plane also boasts state-of-the-art technology, with up to 4,000 options available on the in-flight entertainment system which are high definition touch screens.
Those travelling in business class will enjoy reclining seats which transform into 80-inch flat beds, panoramic windows and wider personal space with stowage for up to two bags. Their in-flight entertainment system boasts a 17-inch touch screen, 3D audio, USB and power socket and Wi-Fi and GSM services.
Passengers flying from Edinburgh on Qatar Airways have the opportunity to connect to 86 destinations in the Middle East, Indian sub-continent, Asia, Australia and Africa via the state-of-art hub of Doha.
