Wizz Air opens its Košice base three months earlier

Wizz Air, the largest low-cost airline today announced that, reflecting customer demand, it will open its base in Košice on 5th June, three months earlier than originally planned. Flights to metropolis of Italian region Lombardy, Milan (Milan Bergamo) and to northern UK Robin Hood Doncaster Sheffield Airport will be operated from 5th June and 7th June respectively.
The airline has also announced increase in weekly flights to London Luton service which will be operated on a 10 weekly basis. During summer season 2015 Wizz Air will operate 14 weekly flights from Košice in total. The flights are already on sale from 29,99 € (one way, incl. airport fees) on wizzair.com.
