Košice, 9th November 2015.
Polish national carrier LOT will open new route from Warsaw to Košice in March 2016. LOT will operate flights to Košice with modern Bombardier Q400 aircrafts 6 times a week. Departure from Kosice is scheduled at 5:35 a.m. and the return flight will take off from Warsaw at 10:35 p.m. With such schedule LOT’s clients can benefit from all LOT’s European morning departures and evening arrivals. Moreover, this is now the only offer for business passengers willing to complete their business trip in just one day, taking off in the morning to get back home late evening. The first flight is planned on 28th March 2016 which means that in Summer Schedule 2016 there will be nine regular year-round destinations operated from Košice: Warsaw, Vienna Prague, Kiev, Bratislava, London Luton, Milan Bergamo, Doncaster Sheffield, Bristol.
Marcin Celejewski, CEO of LOT Polish Airlines: “LOT responds to the passengers’ needs, and understands that they deserve to have a wide choice of destinations, which they can reach within nearly one hour flight to Warsaw and 30 minutes transfer in Warsaw.
