New pilot training programme for Central Europe
Ryanair has announced a major new training partnership with Bartolini Air, an international flight school based in Poland. Because of this new partnership, Ryanair is on track to gain 300+ new pilots from all over Europe in just 4 years. These new pilots will be recruited and trained by Bartolini Air within 2 Polish airports; Lodz and Olsztyn-Mazury. The training programme is created to offer a defined path to achieve pilot licence for Boeing 737 type in line with Ryanair procedures and regulations.
This intensive new training programme lasts 18 months, by which time trainee pilots will be ready to join the Ryanair Boeing 737 type-rating programme. The recruited trainee pilots will be trained by Bartolini Air instructors while following all Ryanair procedures in order to effectively prepare them to become Ryanair pilots.

Currently, Ryanair Group has 12 pilot bases across the region and 5 bases in Poland where it is the country’s leading operator. This partnership highlights our commitment to support, develop and recruit pilots from Central and Eastern Europe for current and future positions. With over a hundred of daily Ryanair flights into Poland, we expect students from across Europe to avail of Ryanair’s low fares and enrol in Bartolini Air’s Ryanair Mentored pilot training programme”.
