CARGO numbers increases at Lodz Airport CENTRAL POLAND
Lodz Airport provides a vital and attractive offer of cargo shipments as a certified cargo agent.
Despite the pandemic, Lodz Airport Cargo Department is working normally, of course complying with all sanitary rules. From January till July 2020 we served 3800 tons of cargo which is similar to the same period last year. In July alone we served 578 tons of cargo which is a 13% increase when comparing year to year.
Lodz Airport Cargo Department is operating since 2012 and we managed to build a brand recognized among international logistic companies. It was possible due to the good location of our airport, high quality, and attractive prices for freight service. We serve both RFS and aircraft cargo since the basic scope of LCJ CARGO activities is air shipment services. We are a handling agent fully certified by the Polish Civil Aviation Authority. We also have the status of a registered agent PL / RA / 00008-01 and full authority to handle DGR shipments. All these factors make the LCJ CARGO Department a comprehensive service for the air shipments.
We are able to accept B777 / B767 / AN124 / AN 22 / A330 / A310 / A300 / IL 76 / IL 62 and smaller planes. The airport is equipped with ILS category I, have no traffic restrictions, no curfew and a runway of 2500 m. We have Custom Agency at the airport operating 24/7. We also offer parking space for planes at the airport.
