Success in CARGO traffic
In 2021, Lodz Airport Cargo handled 19.7 % more freight than in 2020.
Especially onboard cargo has increased rapidly i.a because of the regular passenger flights.
Due to the new route from Lodz Airport to Kyiv, we gained access to eastern markets, such as Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan Ukraine, Israel and Uzbekistan
We also have the ability to handle shipments at controlled temperature -25°C and above, for example, vaccines, which have been delivered from Lodz to Georgia, have been stored at -20°C.
Lodz Airport Cargo mostly shipped: electronics, automotive and aviation parts, food and medical products, furniture, books, magazines, and clothes.
In 2022 Lodz Airport Cargo is celebrating its 10th anniversary!
