E-Visa Royal Oman Police – Oman (International press releases)

Royal Oman Police has introduced a new system called the “E-Visa” web based application. This application permits travelers to apply online and receives’ their visa confirmation once issued. The “E-Visa” application is a user friendly system with simple steps to follow and does not consume a lot of time. Simply visit the Royal Oman Police’s (ROP) website, http://www.rop.gov.om/ and follow the instructions. You will need to fill out the application online and submit your application after paying a minimal fee, you will then receive an online payment receipt. You need to keep the payment receipt and show it to the immigration officer upon your arrival to Sultanate of Oman, who will then retrieve the payment information and visa will be issued. The “E-Visa” is valid to tourist Visa applicants strictly from countries granted a visa on arrival in the Sultanate of Oman. Give it a go and give us your feedback!
