Welcome to our new Visitor Center at Malmö Airport

Malmö Airport has gone through a face lift during the late fall of 2010 – the standard information desk has been torn down and a XX m² floor area has been opened up and designed into a joint walk-in airport information and tourism office!

The idea and concept of the Visitor Center has been collaborated by Malmö Airport and Business Region Skåne which allows the center to truly be a part of events, tourist ventures and the overall business life in the south Swedish region of Skåne.

Our colleagues, normally working in the airport information, have been taught heaps about the destination of Malmö and Skåne. They now have the knowledge and tools to assist both passengers having questions prior to or after their flight as well as tourists visiting the area wanting to know what to see and experience while here. Artwork and tv screens in the center will display pictures and commercial messages for inspiration and longing to explore our region and the center will also feature a large set of computers where the destination may be searched, hotels may be booked, event tickets may be bought and much, much more.
