Delight for Southampton skiers with more choice to Chambery
Specialist ski companies, Esprit Ski and Ski Total are expanding their Chambery flight programme from Southampton Airport this winter.
Following a successful season this year, Esprit Ski and Ski Total will upgrade the aircraft which currently flies the route, a 78 seat Dash aircraft, to a larger 118 seat Embraer jet aircraft.

We have seen an increased demand for Southampton in recent years and so we are delighted to provide a wider offering out of Southampton to Chambery for our 2018/19 winter programme. Chambery is an important hub for us, we connect with 11 resorts from the airport and look forward to welcoming more customers to these spectacular ski areas.'
The aircraft will be operated on Sundays by Flybe on behalf of the ski specialist operators and will serve many of France’s most popular ski destinations including Val d’Isere, Val Thorens, Les Arcs & Courchevel.
The service will run between December 16th 2018 and 7th April 2019. Departing from Southampton Airport at 12.30pm and departing from Chambery at 10.50.
