Chopin Airport terminal: changes in functioning
In order to increase the separation and security of our employees and travelers, we would like to inform you that as of today (02 April 2020) from 3.00 pm the rules of moving around the terminal at Chopin Airport are changing. Only employees with a pass and passengers with a valid ticket may stay in the terminal.
Information for passengers arriving with the #LOTtoDomu operation.
All passengers leave through the AB Terminal area. Exit is only possible via the departures level. Access to the taxi rank recommended by the airport and bus stop at the arrivals level is possible via external elevators and stairs.
Families awaiting arriving passengers cannot enter the building. Due to the current situation, please keep an appropriate distance and reduce the number of people waiting to an absolute minimum.
Information for departing passengers:
Entrance to the terminal at the departures level takes place only through zone E, only for passengers with a valid ticket or for people who want to buy a ticket at PLL LOT ticket offices.
Information for the Chopin Airport employees:
Both the entrance and exit of the terminal building for employees are only available in zone C at the departures level.
