Extra than ordinary service with KLIA Premier Access

SEPANG - Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) has unveiled its first ever airport premium lounge, KLIA Premier Access at KLIA, to drive the enhancement of their service level and customer experience through a unique offering as outlined inRunway to Success 2020. This is in line with its mission to provide joyful experience.
Leveraging on their own subsidiary Sama Sama Hotel KLIA, the opening of KLIA Premier Access offers an exclusive personalised and seamless end-to-end airport experience for passengers at KLIA for a fee of RM68 for Standard service and RM188 for Premium service per person.
Datuk Badlisham Ghazali, Managing Director of Malaysia Airports expressed his delight on the opening, “As an airport operator, we are in a unique position to offer this service as we are able to work closely with the relevant agencies in KLIA to provide a concierge service facilitating our passengers’ journey through our flagship airport from the moment they step onto the kerbside all the way to the boarding gates. Apart from the concierge service where passengers are greeted on arrival at the kerbside and brought to the lounge on the buggy, we will also facilitate their check-in process, bring them through a fast track security, immigration and customs lanes, as well as drive them on a buggy all the way to the boarding gates.”
As outlined in the Malaysia Airports five-year business plan, RtS2020, Malaysia Airports aim to transform from an airport operator into a service leader through its Total Airport Experience (TAE) initiative, which is identified as one of the four strategic pillars in RtS2020. Malaysia Airports’ TAE initiative is structured into three key areas –meeting basic needs, providing unique experience and creating memorable moments.
