Hermes Airports launches new publication dedicated to aviation sector

Hermes Airports launched a new, online publication, dedicated to the travel and aviation industry. The publication, titled Flight Mode, will be released on a monthly basis.

Throught the Flight Mode we aim to provide readers with comprehensive insights into both local developments and global trends shaping the aviation sector. One of the articles in the first issue of the new publication focuses on Cyprus’ strong performance in passenger traffic in 2023. During this time, more than 11.6 million passengers were recorded, averaging 32,000 passengers per day, with 41,000 in the summer and 18,000 in the winter.

Over the past 15 years, Hermes' management team has implemented a multilateral strategy focused on enhancing connectivity and service standards within Cyprus. Furthermore, Hermes team has developed significant expertise to enhance the productivity of Cyprus’ airports and contribute to the growth of the tourism sector.
