Hermes Airports has introduced a new tool
Offering swift customer service has been among Hermes Airports’ top priorities for years now. To this end, Hermes Airports has introduced a chatbot tool to improve and enhance passengers’ travel experience. The chatbot provides immediate information to the public, answering questions regarding travel to and from Larnaka and Pafos airports.
Passengers can find out the status of any flight, such as what time check-in opens and which departure gate they should go to for boarding. The chatbot also provides useful information in real time regarding the availability of parking spaces, services for finding lost items/luggage and other issues related to the various services offered.
This can be accessed by clicking on the widget on Hermes Airports’ website, specifically at Larnaka Flight Information and Pafos Flight Information. Users can also select communication via Facebook Messenger, X, or Viber. Additionally, the public can contact the Cyprus airports’ official social media accounts at @cyprusaeropolis (on Facebook Messenger and X) to receive the required information using chatbot technology.
