Blue Air makes Turin Fly!
15 destinations, 6 European capitals new route to Pescara
Blue Air airline presented its route netowrk to travel agents, tour operators, companies and institutions of Turin and Piedomnt to illustrate their projects from Turin airport and the flights' offer. As of the summer season, the three aircraft based at Turin Airport will allow connections to 14 destinations, including 6 European capitals. furthermore, starting from next October it will be possible to reach the fifteenth Blue Air route from Turin: Pescara, with three weekly frequencies. In addition to the existing connections to Rome Fiumicino and Bucharest, it will be possible to fly from March 27 also to London (Luton) and Madrid; from May 2 to Berlin and from June 4 to Athens, with multiple weekly frequencies. During the summer peak season, will also be well served the most famous destinations for holidays : Alghero, Menorca, Palma de Mallorca, and the return of the connection to Ibiza. Catania frequencies will be increased - will become double daily - Lamezia Terme - daily - and Bucharest, which will be served with 3 weekly frequencies. Confirmed all other connections and frequencies to Bari, Rome and Bacau. The strengthening of Blue Air base will have a positive impact on local employment, with the hiring of 40 flight attendants, 20 pilots and other 40 support staff positions for the Turin base, for a total of 100 jobs between trainees and assumptions provided in the coming months.
