Turin Airport is closer to Greece: new direct flight Turin-Athens with Aegean
Two weekly flights starting from June 6, 2018 with the possibility to prosecute to further Greek destinations
Caselle Torinese, September,18 2017 – Torino Airport and Aegean announce the new direct connection Turin-Athens.
On the route, whose journey is about 2 and a half hours, will be initially used an Airbus 319 with 144 seats.
The new link further enriches the Torino Airport network and allows the residents in Piedmont not only to discover the monuments that made Athens famous - the Acropolis, the Agora, the National Archaeological Museum, the Monastiraki quarter, Syntagma Square - and the nearby archaeological sites but also to have easy access, thanks to scheduled schedules that facilitate connecting flights via Athens, to more than 30 Greek destinations such as: Mykonos, Santorini, Thessaloniki, Heraklion, Rhodes but also to the Middle East and Cyprus.
