easyJet starts from Turin Airport with flights to Naples - six frequencies per week from 1st July 2020
Caselle Torinese, 2 June 2020 - easyJet operations resume from 1 July 2020 from Turin Airport. The airline returns to fly from the Piedmont airport, leaving from the Turin-Naples connection, with six frequencies per week.
The flight to the Campania capital will then increase starting next September 1, 2020, arriving at thirteen weekly frequencies.
Andrea Andorno, CEO of Torino Airport, said: “We are satisfied that easyJet will also resume operations from Turin in July. Naples represents one of the most strategic routes for our airport and the restart of the carrier's connections from this section they confirm the fact that the restart of air transport begins right from the domestic market. Travel demand is gradually recovering and we are we look forward to returning passengers to fly in maximum safety. "
Lorenzo Lagorio, easyJet country manager in Italy, commented: “We are really happy to finally be able to restore most of our summer routes from Italian airports giving the possibility to the Italians to plan their summer. Now that the restrictions come loose and the demand for travel is increasing, we thought there was no moment best to celebrate our return by making one million places available 29.99 euros ".
