NEARLY 165,000 PASSENGERS EXPECTED AT BSCA FOR THE SPRING HOLIDAYS
Brussels South Charleroi Airport, the most accessible and punctual airport in the country, is pleased to inform its passengers of the crowd numbers expected as the spring holidays approach.
Nearly 165,000 passengers are expected at the airport during the holiday week. With more than a hundred flights a day at the airport, that means there are due to be between 15 and 20 thousand passengers a day passing through BSCA over the school holidays. The load factor of the airplanes is somewhere in the region of 90% at Brussels South Charleroi Airport.
The first wave of departures will begin this Friday 13/02/2015 with high numbers expected over the first weekend of the holiday period. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend making sure your national ID card or passport haven’t expired and checking with your airline so that you are familiar with the terms and conditions for travel. Given the expected crowds at the airport, we also recommend that you arrive between two and three hours before your scheduled take-off time.
