Laudamotion touches down at Brussels South Charleroi Airport: Launch of the new Brussels-Charleroi - Vienna route
A new airline lands at Brussels South Charleroi Airport. Yesterday (27th October 2019) at 08.25 on the dot, an Airbus A320, bearing the colours of Austrian airline Laudamotion, touched down on the airport’s tarmac.
Onboard 180 passengers who had flown direct from Vienna, a new destination available from Brussels South Charleroi Airport. Austria’s capital will be connected to Brussels-Charleroi thanks to six flights a week.
Today, Austria has joined the countries available direct from Brussels South Charleroi Airport. The country’s capital, Vienna, has been voted “best city to live in” for the tenth year in a row. It is an incredibly attractive city, both for business and tourism. Appreciated for its world-renowned art collections, culture and gastronomy, Vienna offers endless activities for travellers.
Founded in March 2018 by Niki Lau da, Laudamotion is the ninth airline currently operational on the tarmac at Brussels South Charleroi Airport. It is also the fifth new airline in less than three years, proving the airport’s appeal for airlines.
A major airport platform, the international Vienna-Schwechat airport is connected to Brussels South Charleroi Airport thanks to six flights a week at the following times:
