Memmingen goes Sibiu and Podgorica
Two inaugural flights with Wizz Air
It was a double celebration here in Memmingen last Sunday. On 21st of August we welcomed Wizz Air with its two new destinations, Podgorica (Montenegro) and Sibiu (Romania). Both will be flown twice-weekly (Thursdays and Sundays) facing no direct competition.
The celebration of the inaugural flights was very special! Immediately after celebrating Sibiu in Memmingen with Mrs.Carmen Nicula (International Relations Manager of the City of Sibiu), the Routes Development team of FMM, Marcel and Alica flew with the aircraft from Memmingen to Podgorica with Wizz Air to take a picture with Mia Kraljevic (International Marketing Officer of TGD) and Vlado Ječmenica (Head of Handling Department at TGD). After a very short stay of 30 minutes and 35 degrees :) we went back home to Memmingen.
