COVID – 19 | Measures implemented at Portuguese Airports
ANA continues to constantly monitor developments in the situation, in close connection with the Health Authorities and the National Civil Aviation Authority.
ANA is totally committed to contributing to the national effort to mitigate the risks in order to better combat this pandemic, for the protection of its workers and passengers, so that everyone gets home well.
At the airports in the Azores, all passengers on foreign flights landing in the region will be required to comply with a compulsory quarantine period of 14 days determined by the Regional Health Authority. Passengers will also be required to sign a declaration informing them that failure to comply with this mandatory quarantine period constitutes a crime of disobedience, and to complete enquiries into possible suspected cases of COVID-19 infection.
